There will be no owners in the future. Only creators and architects will survive
If this was my last message to business Owners, I would say the following to these amazing people:
1. The company does not belong to the owners … Yes, yes, you and us… This is a big illusion, isn’t it? What is a company? This is Idea and People … That’s all! The rest is “fixed assets” … Their value is “book value”, almost “liquidation” … Can we own Ideas, especially People? No rights, only round-the-clock responsibility … and drive!
2. As to the company, we are the architects. And everyone knows that the company will not become cooler than the level of its architects. “SO WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?” Sooner or later, you need to change NOT the owner, but the model of “architecture”. Better on time! Difficult? Highly! Fearfully? Come on …
3. Company needs a DREAM for life, a big idea. It is a swamp without a dream. And in the swamp, as you know, only frogs can live … Smell, neighbors, scale … You see, do you?
4. 4And companies, for survival, need to ensure the fulfillment of three parameters: GROWTH * DEVELOPMENT * CAPITALIZATION. Yes, yes, 3 in one, not either …or… This is the leader’s sole value: to create the future.
5. The world is one and there is so much new in it. It is better to unhook from the mental fence “Ukraine” or just ine country, look at international trends, benchmarks, other industries, cultures, enter international markets, open up, form spiritually, search for … The future is exactly on the new generation of owners, excuse me … co-creators! On you… !!!
They got it finally … There will be no owners any longer … But this is a provocation)))
